Tuition Payment Plan
Tuition payments are payable through the FACTS tuition management program in ten monthly installments beginning in June and continuing through March.
FACTS is an online service Oak Grove uses to manage every family’s tuition account. Tuition can be paid on a month to month basis using the online services of FACTS or paid in full at the beginning of the school year. All families who opt to pay in installments must fill out appropriate paper work to set up an account with FACTS. If families opt to pay tuition in full, an account isn’t required. Please contact the school office for information about the FACTS Tuition Management Plan.
In the event of withdrawal, transfer or expulsion from Oak Grove, student records, including Report Cards and permanent files, are held until all financial obligations have been cleared.

The following fees are assessed in addition to tuition and must be paid before students register for courses. All fees apply per student.

Tuition, fees and deposits will be refunded in the event a class does not have a sufficient number of students enrolled. Parents will be notified as soon as possible if a class is cancelled.
Discounts
Two discounts are available for Oak Grove families. These discounts apply to tuition only and cannot be combined with fees and/or book costs.
- Pre-Payment Discount: 5% (Tuition must be paid in full on or before due date of June 1, 2010, no exceptions):
- Multi-Student Discounts (K – 5th):
- Two students 5% discount
- Three students 7% discount
- Four or more students 10% discount
If both discounts are used, the multi-student discount will apply first and then the pre-payment discount will be applied.
Incentive Program (2010-2011 School Year only)
An additional discount is offered to apply towards next year’s tuition for your help in recruiting new families to Oak Grove for the 2010-2011 school year. This discount can only be used towards your tuition, it is not transferable, and can’t be reimbursed for cash, books or fees. Since we have a “hole” in our enrollment (no 2nd graders in the 2009-2010 school year), we are tripling the discount offered there.
- For every K, 1st, 2nd, 4th and 5th grade family who enrolls because of your referral, Oak Grove will give you a $100 credit on your 2010-2011 tuition.
- For every family who enrolls a 3rd grader because or your referral, Oak Grove will give you a $300 credit towards your 2010-2011 tuition.
