- Prayerfully seek God’s direction for your family and the education of your children before completing these forms and applying to Oak Grove Classical Academy.
- Please use black ink to complete all forms.
- Complete one Application for Admission for each student applying to Oak Grove
- Attach
- Transcripts
- Recent report cards,
- Standardized test results
- Immunization records
- A small recent photograph (for recognition purposes)
- Enclose a $100.00 per family (not per student) application fee.
- Review your completed application to be sure that you have answered all questions and both parents have signed the Family Commitment.
- Remove the School Recommendation Form at the back of your application packet, complete the top portion and send the for to the School Administrator or Guidance Counselor at each school your child has attended in the last five years (excluding pre-school and mothers’-day-out programs). Make copies as necessary.
- Notify references to expect a call from the Oak Grove Admissions Committee.
- You will be contacted shortly after we have received your completed forms to schedule a family interview.
